The brief
One Group was amalgamating four companies into one, a move that they wanted reflected on their new website. They wanted to promote their expertise, brand and retail fit-out design, construction and maintenance services to their target audience.
The Solution
I worked with the One Group team to work out what they wanted from their site, and sketched wireframes for pages and features that would meet those requirements.
Their designer prepared graphic designs in response to the wireframes, and I then turned those designs into HTML/CSS and Javascript. I then took the templates and integrated them into the Expression Engine content management system (CMS), so that One Group staff and their partners could manage content in-house.
I customised the CMS so that we could realise all of the ambitions for the website. A newsletter was designed and built for despatch to a niche industry subscriber list. And Google Analytics code was included in each page to enable tracking of the performance of the site into reports.
